PRAM selected to be deployed by Ambisense Ltd. on a 4-year single-party framework by Caerphilly County Borough Council

PRAM is delighted to announce that our radar-based monitoring technology has been selected to be deployed by Ambisense Ltd. on a 4-year single party framework tender by Caerphilly County Borough Council to implement a Flood Warning and Remote Monitoring System at up to 238 sites across the Borough over the next 4 years.

Commenting on the deal, Mark Goodger, Principal Engineer (Lead Local Flood Authority), said: 'We are delighted to have concluded the Flood Warning System Tender process, and to have appointed Ambisense to partner with us over the next four years. We will commence immediately at a number of high-priority locations and will then expand the deployment as required.'

PRAM Founder Stephen McNulty said, 'Our radar-based monitoring solution was specifically designed as a low-cost, highly scalable solution to obtain real-time, critical condition intelligence from infrastructure assets under increasing pressure from issues like flooding and climate change. We are delighted to provide this technology to Ambisense Ltd. for deployment on their contract with Caerphilly Council and look forward to working with the team over the next four years.'
